The OBD2 Distributor should already have the BLU tac wire coming from it.
If not you have to open up the distributor and look at the ignition control module (ICM/ignitor) the tac signal should be the tab coming off the side of it.

I tried to do that with my f20b dizzy I never could get the rpm gauge to work. You'll be better off swapping over the f dizzy stuff or useing a h22 dizzy.Comment

hint. the blue wire is usually longer. It acutally looks like a greenish color or so. Some times. Not always.Comment

Ok thanks I'm gonna take it apart and look at it when I get off now I just need to figure out which ecu to get, it's running with an automatic ecu and not idling correctlyComment
