well first off i have a 93 SE Coupe. Would like to someday swap motor and tranny to manual. This is the first honda i have ever owned. And all the h22 swaps and stuff makes no sense to me... Whats a good motor to swap with decent power and better on gas then ours? Thanks guys!

Not trying to sound like an ass or anything, but apparently the H22A is the easiest motor to swap to, you can get around 30 mpg and it has decent power. I believe you would be getting somewhere around 175-180 to the wheels if the engine is healthy. Other than that, I'm not sure because many people have done the H22 swap so there is plenty of information available on this site (and probably around the web as well)

If you want gas mileage, I would honestly stick with the stock single cam. If you want a straight forward swap with plenty of room for upgrades later, then an H22 would be your best choice. I've seen swapped H-series cars around here in Atlanta doing 30+ mpg all day long.H23A-powered CB7 coming soon.....
