Wiring for H22a EGR Questions? not running good

i got a 92 cb7 with a 98 h22a sir engine. im wiring up the EGR. I got a wiring schematic for a 93 prelude. is the wiring the same for the EGR for the 98 as it would for a 93? when i installed the engine i dont think i wired it up correctly.
since the shares the same wires as other sensors. its throwing it off with the wrong wiring.
at the moment the car is getting not so good gas mileage.
i got all most of the vaccumm inlets on the intake plugged.
i idle is set at 800 and when i start it up. the rpms go up and down and after a few mins the idle goes steady.
and sometimes when i drive the oil pressure light on the cluster blinks.and at stoplights or when i stop it sometimes shuts off.
really could use some advice thanks alot!!

i got a couple map's two from a accord and the other from the prelude and when i hook them up still nothing

well its frustrating. i've made a post before and had over 50 views and nobody commented at all.
all i know about the engine is its a h22a i got it out of a smashed accord thru a auction and the guy who owned it originally said it was a h22a SIR from a prelude. not sure if he said 98 or 99 i dunno.
i put my time in and help other people on here with what i know about engines. my car is getting horrible gas mileage. i filled her up and drove 35 miles and have the gas guage down to 3/4 of gas!!! wayyy too much.
just want some help

When you have a CEL for that sensor, it doesn't automatically mean the sensor itself is bad. It's somewhere along the wires, power, ground, or that the sensor itself is defected. Thats when the diagnosis comes into play.

I'd check the wires and connections at the ECU.

Sounds like your FITV (Fast Idle Thermo Valve) needs to be adjusted, you can take the cap off it, and using a screwdriver tighten it all the way after its been warmed up.

Do you have the proper amount of oil in your car? Otherwise i'd replace the sensor (its under the intake manifold on the back of block), or even better yet, get a gauge hooked up so you can verify proper oil pressure.
