    91 accord h22 swap won't start!

    first off...

Now.. got my sensor today, hooked everything up, engine turns n turns n turns n turns, but no combustion. I have fuel, injectors are spraying, but no spark. thermostat ground is connected. new plugs, new cap. still nothing.

PLEASE HELP. can't stand looking at my car anymore, and frankly... it's the only thing stopping me from getting the job I want.

as always, any and all help is and will be APPRECIATED OHHH SO MUCH!

    EDIT:
Here are some pictures of all the grounds. am I missing any?

I just added in this junction box and tried again... still nothing. before it was the original flat ground connections you bolt down. I'm grounding it to a place that was an original ground before on the passenger side.

    P13 connected in

    Block grounded

Tranny grounded to old fuse box ground.

    Tstat ground

    did I miss any?

    Also here's a video...

tried grounding the tranny to frame. nothing. what are some of the other grounds other than the block to the drive side mount, and tranny to frame.

also getting code 22. vtec pressure valve. could that cause the car to not start?

edit: I'm using an h22 external coil dizzy but I swapped my internal coil from my f22 dizzy in it and did the necessary splicing. h22 dizzy, f22 electrics, h23 injectors. it should fire..

I have a JDM internal coil dizzy.

I just dont see me driving to Sacramento anytime soon.

I say, may sure timing as not jumped, and make sure the distributor was aligned correctly, otherwise it can have had thrown off ignition timing.

what's the best way to put the dizzy on with correct timing? TDC the motor, make sure the dizzy rotor is on 1?

What about the T stat ground that can cause a car not to start. You should've stayed internal. check wiring.

Code 22 is not related to your car starting, but maybe you did not wire it up right or loose connection

I did keep it internal, bc my car is naturally internal. I hooked my voltometer to the 2 wire dizzy connection and when I turn the car to the on position, the needle jumps. so I know I'm getting power to the dizzy.

I also tried to hold a grounded cable to the end of the ignition spring and had no spark jump to the cable. dead ignition coil? it worked on my f22 tho...

I also resoldered all the main relay spots that looked shotty.. it clicks on so I know it's good.

              question..

-how may volts should I be getting from that harness?

Have you had the ignitor checked?

I went to autozone today and they said my ignitor was in spec.

got some new plug wires today h22 specific, and nothing. I'm about to upload a video for people to take a look at.

not very familiar with H22s. But that sounds like it's cranking over real slow. Which I mean like your out of time. But also check at the other end of the spark plug wires to see if your getting spark at all.

when you say out of time, do you mean my timing? when I put my timing belt on, I just put the crank to tdc and the cams to tdc and slipped the belt on. so it should be timed.

I only tried number one. would it make a difference at 2 3 or 4?

I also switched out the ignition module as well and ... nothing.

what ecu are you using and also have you checked your ecu fuses.

me and my brother inlaw had that same problem with his ecu not giving any spark but had fuel to the injectors and voltage at the coil but wouldn't send it through the cap and wire.I would try that and make sure that all your ecu plugs are pushed in correctly. hope you get it up and running.
