Sludge in the head needs attention also may aswell open the bottom n take a look, sludge in the oilpan n crankshaft = no bueno. Your head should be golden brown to bronzey.

edsit: Just noticed you got no intake mani, put it on before you drop in the motor trust me.....

yea there was alot of sludge...

cams were bronzey chrome.... jus the valve cover was covered in that gunk

intake was easy to put on after the drop...

jus wanted to make sure i got it running...

jus working on gettn an exhaust rigged up for now...

flat azz broke...
jus got it get it going so i can go back to work....

but its got all fresh fluids in her....
