    H22 IAB (Charcoal Canister) Question

The charcoal canister (located on the back of the H22 block) which came with my swap has one broken vaccume nipple. Is this a Vtec specific part or is it on the EX accords, the 2.3 prelude motors? Anyone have an extra?
Second, can I run the accord MAP or do I need to locate a prelude one? Thats not made all that clear in my swap printouts

    Thanks
    Jon

if the nipple is broken then u need another one. u dont need it unless u want the secondary butterfly on the intake. i have an extra one i can ship it for $30 flat.

      Accord MAP sensor...
$30 sounds a bit much for that part, Ill keep searching around but if I still need it ill let you know. Is it the same on other motors and non vtec preludes?

That vacum canisters are all the same, part number 36361-PT2-014, List price is $31.36 so you should be able to pick it up from your local dealer for around $25 or you can buy it from Majestic Honda online for $23.52 + shipping.

Yes use the Accord map sensor.

FYI, its not a charcoal canister. The charcoal canister is a rather large cylinder hanging off the firewall near the AC lines.
