Which Coil Set up JDM H22 Swap

The cars a 93 accord (external Coil) the motor is a 92-93 JDM H22 (internal Coil)... Should I just rewire the stock accords plug (yellow/yellow & black wires and get a new distributor cap) or i have been advised to order the crane cam external coil kit off summit for $70. If I do this can i use the f22 coil or do i need an MSD one? My plans are I/H/E as its my driver and not my race car.
Oh, and just wondering what map sensor people are running with the swap. I have been told 3 things... the prelude version, the civic version and that i can just run the stock accord one.
    thanks

Im running the stock accord map.

i think you should just rewire the stock accords plug to be internal coil. And then if it goes tits up, you can just buy a brand new external coil distributor for an h23 from Distributor king. just make sure you save your accord external coil and stuff, so you can swap back... save the 70 dollars...

    just my .02 cents.

thanks! I figured it would be cheap and easy to just snip and solder the wires and save the $70 for the timing belt and parts... Did you relocate your MAP or leave it, a few write ups say to get the prelude map/bracket and mount it in the firewall.
Oh, lastly if you know or anyone... I got my ECU with the swap its a P13 (h22 vtec auto as my trans is) BUT its the 4WS version (extra plug) can i run this unit in my 93 non 4WS car? Or will this affect it and I need a non 4WS?
Thanks! Hope to start the swap tomorrow weather depending!

eh i dont know about the 4ws, i guess just leave it unplugeed, i mean what else are you gona do? see if it works.

did you get the tcu too? because with out it you wont be able to shift past the 6.4k redline...

the prelude map? like i said, i used the stock accord one, because the prelude one is in the same spot. there is no need to do anything. they are both on the firewall.

No they did not have the matching TCU but he gave me a decent price and warrenty so I figued id still do it. I will look out for a TCU but its not priority at this point, since the car will drive and all with the f22 unit, just shit low and all (not as fun but still workable for now) As for the 4WS i would not have a plug on the car for it so it wont get plugged in, just did not know if it would make any difference.
          thanks

It will run with the 4WS ECU it will just throw code 36 which is for the 4WS module. Other then that it will be cool. I'd try to get the 2WS auto P13 with the P19 TCU if I where you.

Thanks, ill look into that and try to locate the parts sooner rather then later. Just glad that i can still start and run the car for the time being. Correct me if im wrong but i do need the H22 Auto ECU the 5 speed version wont work?
              Thanks

If you want the engine/transmission combo to operate correctly you need the 2WS Auto P13 with the P19 auto TCU.
