Just finished up my swap and the fan on the radiator refuses to turn on, so i'm having overheating issues. fan worked fine before the swap and i used my multimeter to check and i have power all the way up to the fan itself. think my fan just randomly went bad or is there something else i'm missing here?

are you saying you have a b18 in a accord? and theres a sensor on the thermostat housing and one on the housing where the top radiator hose goes into the motor, one is your temp gauge and the other is your fan switch take them off one at a time and put a paper clip in the plug to bypass. if it turns on you know its just that sensor and go to the jy and get a few. if its not that start checking if any wires are messed up. this is usually just a wiring mistake though and im pretty sure its the one where the top rad hose comes in.

You may have wired it wrong. This happen to a friend of mine. He wired the positive to the negative and the negative to the positve. By doing this the fans were pushing hot air onto the radiator instead of pulling cold air from the front of the car thru the radiator. This caused his engine to overheat.

id say just wire it to a switch that way if the engine runs hot and for some reason the fan doesnt turn on automatically you can just flip it on.
