A 6spd isn't going to make noticeable improvements of a 5 in a relatively stock car. The new '6spd trend' is so people can have fairly agressive gear ratios and still cruise at 80mph at 3000 rpms instead of 4500 like in the lude/etc.
and this "euro-r" tranny code is T2W4, good luck trying to find one...i got lucky by finding a SiR tranny but even still it wasnt manual it was actually an SiR-T's tranny..just my luck

thats the point, i wanna be able to use even less gas too!
do you have to match the gear ratios with the engine somehow (like an h22)?
im not doing this to be "trendy"...i wanna give my car some performance boosts, and a 6 speed would be super nice
easiest way i know of to get the six speed ...
step 1.. Remove Radiator Cap
step 2.. Back car up out of way
step 3.. Pull up a Euro R car
step 4.. Replace Radiator Cap
thats what my dad always told me for performance upgrades... hope it helps...
you could always find a 94-95 Legend GS and custom mount the longitudinal V-6 and 6-speed tranny. Although I don't think the V-6 is going to fit all that well even though it sits 90 degrees differently than our engines. Just a thought...
