auto to 5speed swap

hello everyone! well recently i been contemplating on doing a 5speed swap on my cb7. its a 91 ex auto. what should i buy? What type of 5 speed tranny should i get? and what other accessories should i buy for it ??

Read up on it a little bit from people's reviews/opinions on this site and you shoule be able to make a choice. The F tranny has longer gears and it seems some of the turbo guys like it better for that reason. The H tranny has shorter gearing and you'll get better response and it's supposed to be a night and day difference when compared to the F tranny in an N/A motor but I have no firsthand experience. Personally i'm planning on getting an H transmission for the time being when funds permit but that's just me.

ive done the swap its all about the h23 tranny. wakes up any f22 with some bolt ons. make sure you get the ESP mounts

ok so i did this to my car, but i havent ordered the ESP mounts, so my engine sits a bit weird, plz some1 tell me, problems i will b facing later on, when i get a better job, i will def. order the esp mounts, but i also remember, my boy hammered the shit out of the mount so it could go in, so umm yea TIA.... lmao
