air tools will not help, you still need the same amount of leverage even if you had a powerful enough pneumatic wrench or drill...
that part posted earlier will make cake of getting that bolt off...
you need to make sure you have a ratchet holding the crank pulley tool in place so the engine wont turn.
stack wood to support the ratchet you use to get the bolt off, attach a long breaker bar to that, grab a friend and it should take some work, but it'll break right loose.
