I have the auto h22 TCU, it allowed higher revs, but it didnt allow me to depress the brake to disengage the transmission from park, and i had to do it manually.

Im now running the accord TCU because i blew my first tranny, and beleived that the h22 TCU was at fault. Now my rev limit is like, 6,5k instead of like 7,5k-8k

The TCU controls the shift points.

As for the speed governor... the maximum speed limit anywhere in the US is 75mph. You don't need to go faster than that in a 20 year old car. The speed governer is set well over 110mph. Unless you have adequate tires, brakes, and suspension to be doing triple digit speeds ON A RACE TRACK... you should not be risking your life. Don't be a moron.
