Cleaning up the Mess of wires and Clutch Sytem

As I am pulling the tranny of my H22 accord there is just a clusterf**k of wires everywhere. I am curious if there is better way to get this neater without a wiretuck. The more I tear this thing apart fixing things the more I realize that perhaps the swap was done in somewhat of I think is a halfway manner (not trying to bash the previous owner). I was just wondering if there is better to clean this mess of wires up, this would include the clutch hydro lines as well. TIA

Not easily, I had to take my engine completely out, then rewire it while it was out to make sure all the wires would reach. That way I could re route whatever mess of wires I wanted moved and still be able to work on the car.

Been a long time. Still alive...
