    M2Y4 Trans on F22a6??

Well as the title says I'm wondering if a M2Y4 H22 tranny would be a good choice for a replacement for my Accord 5 speed??

    I can get a H23 Trans for $300 or the H22 (M2Y4) for $200....

I Don't drive the car as a DD It's is kinda my weekend Toy!! To tell you the truth it sits in the carport and I drive it around the block or somtimes I get a wild hair up my ass and take it to the Drag Strip to play around.....(They Took My DL For 5 YEARS!!!)

The H23 trans is what I was planing on doing but I was looking on Craigslist and found the M2Y4 for $100bucks cheeper......

    WHAT TO DO????

Just a heads up, the M2Y4 has short gearing, and a short 5th gear, which sucks on the highway. But since your not really driving it, it won't really matter.

And I don't see why it won't bolt up if other Prelude trannys will...

Got me... Never drove anything with a H23 trans.

Here's the ratios for the M2Y4 trans. Give me a sec and ill look up some other ones th compare it to...

              Transmission (M2Y4):
              1st 3.285
              2nd 1.956
              3rd 1.344
              4th 1.034
              5th 0.812
              FD 4.266
Actually, here's a chart showing some Prelude transmission gearings.
