An you can use this guide the f22b dohc and the h23 are similar just you would have to add in a wire for knock sensor

its easy do it. i just finished tonight. took me 2 full days and thats only because i havent 1) worked with an auto tranny 2) never worked with a CB7 and 3) never worked on an H23... its really easy though and you will be amazed at how it fit right in like it was stock...
