But I always wondered how accurate that was. Like the price though.

      H22A Prelude/Accord $ 1,649.00
      Company: Honda
      Code: H22A Prelude/Accord
      Year: 92-96
Valve Train: 4-CYLINDER, DOHC VTEC, 16-VALVE
      Displacement: 2157 cc
      Horse Power: 200 HP @ 6800 RPM
      Torque: 161 LBS-FT @ 5500 RPM
      Compression: 10.6:1
      Red Line: 7200
      Transmission:
      Weight: 600 lbs

that probably an estimate for shippin purposes i highly doubt its actually $600 me and my boy ficked up a long bloch h22 by our selves and loaded it on back of a pick up truck. so a tranny cant weigh that much added to the engine. and it didnt feel more than 250lbs tops

The engine with all accessories and transmission will come close to 600lbs. Every little piece adds up.

that is really expensive for just the engine.... and an H22 engine doesn't weigh 600lbs... even with the transmission, all accessories, stock header, and with a pallet it doesn't weigh anywhere near 600lbs

Your car can carry it. If anything after you drop in the h22 you should either sell the f22 to an member here or keep it and rebuild just in case something goes wrong with the h22.

Yo, Rebuilding it is a good idea along with having it on standby. It also brings to light the option of buying another cb and using it there after rebuild and some mods

make sure you check the compression and look under the valve cover when you buy from Engine Depot..

I know 2 people that got screwed from them, Be smart about a purchase like that..

                            my friend weighs 400lbs.

so when i cruise at 75mph, the car is extremely stable but i have all of yall beat.

Took the rear seats out and put a complete f22 and a h22 missing an intake manifold. My rear tires were tucking.

Sweet thanks everyone. Paterson NJ huh. I took at them, I just didn't trust thier website. I was looking at a link and was compounded with warcraft 3 stuff. I mean it took me to the information I was looking for but their webmaster isn't on his job. They should hire me and pay me with a motor. LOL

Here it is I just went to the site it reads as follows.
(Main Section - Honda - 92-95 Prelude SiR Enginewarcraft 3 recover key)
