    runnin' a JDM F22B DOHC

wasn't sure if my first post went up...anyway, for those who plan on using the JDM F22B DOHC, it wasn't a difficult swap...my dc headers from the SOHC motor bolted right on, the intake manifold (kept it coz i had extrude hone port and polish it awhile back) and the tranny bolts on too..if you don't wanna weld a new mounting position for the tranny mount...the car runs pretty good, just waiting for the correct ecu and hopefully it'll run better...its a great motor, think i got lucky with this one coz i haven't had any problems with it...by the way, if anyone can recommend a good set of cams for this motor...thanx

it's the same thing as a H23 minus .01 liters.
Four rods enter, one rod leaves...

sup fellow f22b'ers, quick question for u guys. what did you do about powersteering? my motor came with it, but the fitting wasnt on the pump. my buddy who did the same swap got the fitting with his. he cut his line and clamped the 2 together. now i thought i could handle no power steering, but its starting to annoy me really bad. what did you guys do for yours? tia

                Jim

oh and by the way, i paid 700 for my swap minus ecu.

yeah definatly does, or you have to do a 3 point turn around.... specially if you have 215 wide tires...
