    Another H22a Wont Start!

I just got done swaping out my f22a1 and installed a jdm h22a with lsd and p13 ecu. I got up to start it up this morning and it doesn't start. I checked my spark plugs and placed it on the windsheld whiper and i could see it sparking and I thought it would be my fuel line that may have low pressure from it being off but after a few cranks of the motor I check the fuel line and it sprade fuel on my intake manifold. have no clue what it could be I check the inside of my dizzy and it looks great. I really need some help and I checked up and down the stickey's and im not the kind of person to post up since i like to read through the posts (low post count).

so its been a while and the my h22 wont start still. I think I got it down to fuel delivery.

    Things I've done.

    put #1 at TDC

checked all timing points on the camgears, tranny, Dizzy

    Checked for spark

got a new battery, had got a new one in march and it had a bad cel.
    got it replaced for free.

checked all my grounds on my harness, block,

checked my clips for the injectors made sure they where on properly

Main relay- clicks and have a spare

    Fuel pump humms

removed my fuel rail drain the fuel in it so it would fill with the fuel pump.dubble check.

cleaned my injectors with some brake cleaner add some injector cleaner down them to see if any fuel would come out. just making sure there not clogged.

so I got a pressure gage that a buddy of my lent to me to check vac lines and the fuel pressure and when Placed it on the fuel pressure regulator it didnt move an inch. I let it prime 3or4 times since i removed the fuel rail and dumped all the fuel out and still nothing.

can anyone second this thought! it should be reading about 40psi right. and should I replace it with an aftermarket FPR or just get one from the parts store.

Do you have a internal coil or external coil. Cause mine has a internal and there's a plug on the transmission side that we put a 20 amp fuse in and without my car won't start. I'm no expert but that was my problem. Good luck. I'm using the fuel rail from my F and I just helped another member swap a H22 in his and we did the same thing start up was fine.
