HELP can not fix this idle problem clip inside

92 h22a accord, i did search and did alot of stuffs but still can't fix this idle problem, that's y i made a clip to show it
ivac-cleaned
fitv-adjusted
dis cap and rotor-new
motor mounts-filled with 3m
egr vavle-cleaned, egr ports not clean yet

never seen a rpm jump like that before. usually with air leaks ive seen, the rpm jumps up and down at the same continuous/repetitive rate. any CEL, also what has been done recently before this problem occurred?

Does it happen with the a/c off too? I've never seen the idle jump like that either. It almost looks lk you are blipping the throttle.

Fuel pump or pcv valve maybe? I've never seen it do this before.

I've never seen this before either. I could see this possibly happening when your A/C compressor clutch engages/disengages. The IAC may be overly responding to the clutch engaging....try swapping out with another IAC if you can find a used one somewhere.
