now i wanted to see if anyone could help out by telling me why does the car give me problems to start. it cranks like about 15sec and then it kicks in. then i get a code of 6 and check engine stays on. i found out that it might be the cooling sensor. does the cooling sensor have to do with the v-tec not kicking in? My v-tec dont kick in help me please!!!!!!!

swap the fan switch plug with the ect plug and that should be it

If you are talking about the coolant temprature sensor, then yes, the car will not go into vtec. The part is about 30.00 and it is fairly easy to fix.
