    Whats up I saw that the h22 and the f22b have there on little section, so I thought I should start one for the f20b motor swaps. Just trying to see who else on here has this swap. Sorry if there is already a thread like it. I search it and couldnt find one. So show those engine bays.

            hmm so what motor is in the 3rg gen lude??
            edit i figured it out the B20 close but no cigar

            Heres a lil FYI:
            on the F20-B20

            F20B

            This engine series was used in the CF4, CF5, CF9, CL3 Honda Accord and Honda Torneo from Japan. It uses a DOHC VTEC cylinder head similar to the H22A found in the Prelude but was designed to comply with many countries' sub-2.0 liter tax. The automatic transmission versions received the lower hp version (180 hp), as it was tuned for more mid-range torque than its manual transmission counterpart.

            Specifications

            * Accord SiR wagon, SiR-T F20B 97-01 2.0L
            * Valve train: 4 Cylinder, DOHC VTEC, 16 Valve
            * Bore: 85.0 mm
            * Stroke: 88.0 mm
            * Displacement: 1997 cc
            * Torque: 145 ft·lbf (197 N·m) @ 5500 rpm
            * Horsepower: 200 hp (150 kW) @ 7000 rpm
            * Red Line: 7200 rpm
            * Compression: 11.0:1
            * Fuel Control: OBD-2

            B20A

            This is for the B20a that came in 88-91 Preludes, not the same motor as listed above. (16-Valve, 4 Cylinder, DOHC, PGM-FI)

            * Found in:
            o 1988-1991 Honda Prelude Non-U.S.
            * Power: 143 hp (107 kW) @ 6000 rpm
            * Torque: 128tq @ 4500 rpm
            * Compression ratio: 9.4:1

              some of the specs on the f20b is correct but the redline is 8200 on the sir-t and 7800 on the sir, also the sir wagon recieved an h23a vtec w awd or and h22, i think it was the cf2 wagon that got the h23a and the ce1 that got the h22, but im not entirly sure

                hey gearbangnaccord where did you find that sig of yours. that is some funny shit. was that on a movie.

                almostjdm my car still drives like boo boo it feels like im not getting enough gas. so my question is did you use a aftermarket fuel rail or your f20b fuel rail. I have a fuel regulator but its not solving the problem. Its still sputtering only in low rpms.

                    Mike, the CF2 was the JDM 4th gen Accord wagon, had the H22A.

                    The CH9 and CL2 had the H23A VTEC.

                    Europe did not get the DOHC F20B. They only received the SOHC F18B anf F20B. They did get the H22A in the Type R.

                    Funny thing is, the SiR/SiR-T variants of the Accord and Torneo shared the same CF4 code, but the 2000 VTS (F20B SOHC) for the Torneo is CL3, while the Accord VTS is CF4. they used to be CF4 before 2000 though

                    We have loads of F20Bs here in Malaysia. One dude even went all out and grafted the front end of the CF4 on his CB3

                    Oooh, and some have the tiptronic trans too.
