Those are two completly different engines...

First link seems to be just the longblock, not really sure though, but it should go into detail what all is included. Also its the F22B1<-USDM SOHC Vtec.

The second link is too pricey, Japanstarmotor.com $695 shipped-where I got mine, for the DOHC JDM F22B.
