A1 is 4-1.
The A4 is a tubular 4-2-1.
The A6 is a Cast iron 4-2-1.
A4 is the best out of those 3 for the most hp.

I don't think anyone on here knows unless they've personally worked with an f23 before.
The only way you're gonna get a solid answer is to find out for yourself.

That doesn't matter as each of those have the same bolt pattern etc...f23 just has a different bore, but is also on a newer engine...so until someone actually trys it out we won't know...Originally posted by Losiracer2 View Post__

im working on this same question with the same swap right now... that is just about the only thing i have left to figure out and the motor is in and running. anyways i am going to buy a header for a 94-97 vtec and i had a header on my f22 and i am hoping that the f dp will bolt to the upper part of the other. if it doesnt then i will just have to make the new header work i guess
