I've always wondered about the smaller
      F20A
      F18A
      F16A?
I know they are carb'ed (For the most part)

But by exchanging the intake mani from an F22
Couldnt these be useable as a "Green" engine?

Ok, Jdm f22a is identical to a Usdm a6 like dude said.

Now the 2.0 are nice. I have 1, with a 11.5 fw,p12 ecu. Loved topend..

Now for the same price shipped of a f22a he can get a F20a Si Dohc or jdm f22b.. They r like 600-700 shipped, cheap. I had a jdm f22b that was 750 shipped. My sohc 2.0 was 650 shipped.

                F20A3 and F18 were carbed
                F20A5 was PGM
F16 - Doesn't exist, At least I've never heard of it - Let alone having a 1600cc try to pull an Accord, The F18 is damn slow and the F20 isn't too bad.

The F22 intake manifold can't be put on the carbed versions due to the port designs.

A "Finished" project car is never finished until its been sold.

everything that i've looked at said that the F22a6 is the strongest motor of the F22 motor series, i mean mabe ur boy's car ris striped out or somethin or he's tuned the motor up, but stock i don't think it can really beat anything

Sorry but the F22C would be the best F series engine

Got my engine and tranny from JHOT on Ebay
                      H22A Automagic
It had Engine sluge...however upon multiple flushes we found normal compression and no smoke.
And it only has 60,000 miles (maybe lol)

It's slow, trust me. The only good point is carb = no revlimiter

The F20 / F22 C engine may as well be I series engines - They are a completely different engine to any other F series engine.
