alright so i have my F22B on the engine stand and i pulled the top timing belt cover off and started to spin the crank pulley to set it at TDC and well the timing belt jumped a tooth on the cam gear.. what do i do?

i referenced to this thread and im not sure if its the same but in my flex plate i see the red and white marks but with the cam gears at TDC (it popped off at TDC) its not even close to those marks its closer to the actual timing line.. Im stumped and i dont even want to touch it right now so help guys
