So guys i had a brainstorm and i know i may or should i say probably will get some flaming but has anybody ever thought about a diesel swap into our accords?? like the 1.9L VW TDI??

please keep it honda if you are going diesel.

the new honda accord is a 2.2 turbo diesel and nets about 60mpg in europe. we may be getting it here next year however it will only net around 58mpg.

I though some of the euro accord or similar platform from the 90's came with a diesel? It was a rover engine I believe. I could be wrong..
