        Gas....

After a swap i would save a bit for gas until you get the fever to go away....

I mean VTEC mileage isn't very good

you just keep racking in on my bill huh? lol

well what would you need to tune a good ECU? and what ECU is the best for the money?

I think that is something definitely on the top of my list of things to do with my swap.

and would you have to re-tune after every additional bolt-on to get maximum gains?

To the OP i would pay attention to this.... might be the cheapest way for some good power adds.

For MAXIMUM gains, yes. A retune is advisable. Maximum can be a gain of only 1whp tho. So it's up to you and your justification.

I don't justify an intake as a good enough upgrade to get retuned. A larger tb, yes. A different IM, yes. An aftermarket low end header, nope.s

Anyways, I recommend whichever ECU you can cheapest(p28/p06/p75/p72). I can convert the non vtec ecu's to vtec. None of those ecu's have any advantage over the other because I can mod any to be exactly the same as the other.

600? Sounds decent! How often do you guys do the H22 swap?

I've done 6 myself(in a span of 3 years), Jacob has done at least a dozen.

I've done at least 20 engine swaps(civics/tegs/accords) since I started doing engine swaps. Jacob has a lot more years doing this than me so I wouldn't doubt if he's close to triple digits.
