f22b vs h23a which is the better motor straight up no boost

h23a - it has VTEC. unless you are talking about comparing the f22b (DOHC) and the h23a1. If that then the f22b is the better choice since you probably can't find a h23a1 under 50k miles.

f22b - iron sleeves or whatever so no FRM to deal with like h23. Its like comparing red apples to yellow apples. same thing except minor differences.
