        Here's the short answer.

I'm not so sure the parts list is complete.

bolts right up, use h23 intake mani, distributor, and timing belts. if u wana keep power steering you will need a longer belt.

Do you need H23 Head bolts or timing tensioners, or are they the same as F22?

F22 head bolts are the same but you will need to change the timing tensioner

id recommend new bolts or arp bolts and you dont need to change the tensioner if it is in good condition. my head was milled .020 so i had to go with a GSR timing belt because the H23 one was too loose and just slapped the plastic covers. lol

i had to change the timing gear(not sure what its called) on the bottom because the f22 is a different size

well the tensioner is different from the gear.

you need the h23 lower timing gear.

PM me if you need anything. I just did this swap a little while back...but the h23 belt was too loose, and the gsr belt wouldn't fit, so i just used the h23 belt instead...the belt floated over the exhaust cam gear and i bent 6 valves haha.

So I have all the parts you need if you are short any
