Is $200 a good deal for 15" Alloy's with Tires

I got a deal from a bud for 4 stock Alloy rims for $200 with tires on them. I saw some of these rims at a junkyard in pretty good condition but didn't ask for a price and they didn't come with tires. Tires have 60-70% tread life. Think I could get a better deal from the junkyard or not?

you can't beat getting some tires with the wheels! if they are in good shape with minimum amount of scratches I'd say you have yourself a very nice deal (ESP if they have a good set of tires on them)!
