Can someone tell me FOR SURE what a 16" x 7" Rota Slipstream weighs please???

I'm about to prepay and order a set in 4 x 114.3mm, it's gonna be a hassle and delay because nobody in North America (that I can find anyway) has a set in flat black.

I've seen them quoted from as low as 13 lb. each to as high as 14.5 lb. The reason I'd like to know is because I will be using these wheels for autocross, and a 1-2 pound difference in wheel weight CAN make a difference in a sport where the difference between 1st and 3rd place can be .02 second.

I am considering whether I should wait to get the Kosei K1 TS from Tire Rack which are listed as being 14.1 lb each, but not available until the end of May 2004 in the gray finish. With a shorter sidewalled 215/40-17 Kuhmo MX tire instead of the Falken Azenis Sport in 215/45-16, that 17" Kosei setup would be significantly lighter than the Slipstreams in 16's if the Slips actually weigh 14 lb each or more, but about the same if they really weigh closer to 13 lb.

Hoping I don't just get a bunch of flames from yall for being a tweaky anal bitch,

    Hsun

ps. The Rota Slipstream is not listed in the stickied "Wheel Weight" thread in this forum either.

I"m not sure of the weights exactly...but I've been going to a bunch of auto x's the last couple years, and from talking to all of the ppl at them, the kosei's have gotten rave reviews from everyone for both look, and more importantly, functionality..hope that helps

Thanks for your input LedBetter10, but I think you're talking about the original Kosei K1 wheel; I actually had a set of those on my CRX a while back. While the K1 is still a good choice, it is actually considerably heavier than the new split-6-spoke K1 TS wheel I was talking about . . .
