that's because they're not tl wheels. they're replicas.

absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

Wait...those are 4 lugs on a Civic. Civics are 4x100, Accords are 4x114.3.

          Hmmm.

I believe these are them? 4x4.5 is the same was 4x114.3. Be aware with the offset, you may need spacers for these to work.

Yea those TL wheels are insane. If everything goes well with the body work/swap on my cb, I might be getting them next summer. Lets see what's up.

Ralph, good find! With my parents moving, I've been pretty busy. However, my cuz in PR told me those rims are all over the place. Good luck getting them. They would look nice. Take my word for it.

                            Offset +51 is great.
4th to 7th generation Accord need +45 or above offset.

incorrect. +40 to +45 is generally considered "ideal" for our cars.

s2ks (s2000s) have a +58 offset, which is above +45, and will not fit on our cars (4th gen accords/cb7s/cb9s) without a spacer to bring it down to around +53 or less.

absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
