Finally located Slipstreams I want but offset!?

I have been searching for slipstreams for my accord in GM with a polished lip for quite some time. I seem to have located them
    16 x 7
    4 x 114.3
however they only have them in 45 offset and from what ive read in past posts I should be looking at 40mm offset. Should I wait it out, keep searching or will the 45 work fine? I did find solid GM in 40 but I had been wanting the polished lip as well.
    thanks
    Jon

And i did spend a lot of time searching

45 offset is ok. stock prelude wheels are 50 offset just to give you an idea. 40-50 offset is good for our cars. 40 will make the wheel come out a bit more. 5mm is very small but 10mm you will notice compared to stock.

to answer your question, yes 45 will be good for you! good luck!

I also need to factor in the lowering I have done to the car... coilovers with as little wheel gap...call me a sped but would it be better with 40 and lowering or will the few mm not really matter at all?
        thanks

40-50 mm offset, you'll be fine.

if you buy the +45 ones and don't like where they're positioned, you can just get 5mm spacers to make a +40 offset...not a big deal

16x7 +45 is fine. its what i have right now. and even with +3° of camber correction, im still without any rubbing.
