traction issues

Hey everyone where a spot on the net where i can get some good drag radials im tired of this no traction shit from a dead stop this shit will actually cause me to lose races.

well i copped a set of 205/50/15 g-force dragradials i wonder will it help me wiht my traction issues but i hear some people use the 225/50/15's did i do something wrong?

I think im gonna send back the 205's and get the 225's instead but can they fit on the prelude rims?

ive heard a lot of good stuff on the mt et streets they hook so good on my buddys car you might try some of those unless you are going with a full blow slick

^only if hes driving down the track backwards. maybe thats your problem, reverse has too much torque.

Are your doing a burn out before you launch? A good burn out will clean off the wheels a bit and warm them up making them stick a little better. Also are you noticing any wheel hop? If so, the best way to reduce wheel hop is to fill the front and rear mountain mounts with 3m windo-weld.

sparkle how wide are you prelude wheels?

i didnt think you could put anything wider than 205 on a 6" width (which i thought preludes were) and put them on our cars

if hes on street tires it doesnt really matter much...

but i say that the prelude rims he has are gonna be the Si's so i think those are about 6.5" shit i really dont know. i do know that my lude "vtec" blades are a whole shit load wider than my 5th gen EX rims cause ive stacked all 4 side by side in coumns and those preludes are TOWERING over the accords.
