95 gsr's are 4 x 100... so no, they won't fit.
the only integra wheels that fit are the 1996 jdm honda integra type r wheels, which are 4 x 114.3.
acura cl and tl wheels, 1995-97 (someone correct me on my years if i'm wrong), fit as they too were 4 x 114.3. the newer tl wheels (98 and newer) don't fit as they are 5 x 114.3.
as with any wheel by any manufacturer, the bolt pattern / lug pattern needs to be 4 x 114.3.
