    What *Brand* Tires ?

Right now I've got it between the BF Goodrich TA Advantage and the Falken ZE 912 tires.

I'm pretty confused as I want something that'll be quiet, long lasting, and of course perform well.

We have any tire guru's on this site that can offer up some pros and cons?
Price isn't all that much of an issue as the 205/55/16 range is quite affordable.

What say you CB7Tuner Tire Guru?

    Thanks!

The last four sets of tires I've run on my wagon were the General Exclaim UHP(215/40/17), BFG T/A KDW2(215/40/17), Nitto NeoGen(225/40/18 & 215/35/18) and currently the Continental ExtremeContact DWS(215/35/18)(these are all available as 205/55/16). I'd rate them as.

    4) General Exclaim - weak side walls, good wet traction(after half life much worse), wears very fast (possibly discontinued in favor or newer models).
    3) Nitto NeoGen - not an all season as Nitto claims, lasted the longest of any tire I've owned running a negative camber, wet traction was bad for me.
    2) BFG's - similar performance to the Neogen's, wet traction was way better.
    1) DWS's - true all season tire, dry traction is good but less than the BFG and Nitto, best wet traction, soft side walls (better ride than the others), more of a tourer than a performance tire, wearing faster than the Nitto and BFG's.

Honorable mention: Goodyear Tripletred, possibly the best tire I've ever owned - would run these on the wagon but they don't come in the right size.

Thanks .. all of a sudden I find myself looking at the Hankook ST 105 XL ..
There was a time when Hankook had a bad rap .. however, these things are being raved about ..
It's their latest and greatest .. hmmm ..

I know Deev (atleast I think it was Deev) voted against Hankook awhile back.
It appears they're getting they're act together ..

      Thanks again ..

I've only ever used falken and hankook. They both have ups and downs but all around great tires!

sorry if I am late to the party....

I have Micheline Pilot Exalto A/S. 195/60R15. I cannot say enough good things about them! Best all around tire IMO. Awesome in the dry and the wet, not too shabby in the snow! They are very quiet on the road and have excellent, long-lasting tread-wear. Within the family we have them on 3 different accords and a fit!

Awesome, awesome tires! I would buy them again in a heartbeat!

Hope that helps. I know they are different than the two you suggested. i just thought I would throw my 2 cents in!
