    Any rubbing?

Do you think you could fit a 225-45-17 or a 235-45-17 without any rubbing issues?

Low + Prelude knuckles (positive camber) + shitty shocks + shitty NYC streets

CSis have real positive offset too, they poke like a motherfucker

I should have just raised the car up... traded for RSX 16s on 205-55s

Im running 215-35's on my 18's with no rubbin at all just my control arm smashin up, because of these shitty massachusettes streets.

I want to run 235-45 on the 17's. Still cant decide on the tl or Csi's.

I'm trying to see if 235-45-17 would rub when one stock TL 17 x 8 rims. Those are the tires that came with the rims, and if I don't have to buy new tires, I wont. I just spent $500 on tires back in March. This, and mentioning in passing that 225-45-17 or 225-40-17 or 215-40-17 are roughly $150/tire for the brands that I like. If I can get away with running the stock 235-45-17 for a while, I definitely will.

Yeah, I can be a cheap skate at times, but who wants to shell out $1000+ in less than a year for condoms, I mean rubber?

i had fitted 225 on my car and didnt like the way they looked so i went back to 215s.
did i mention there is next to nothing for space when it comes to tire in comparision to where the upper control arm is. so back to 215 i went.

heres how it looked with 225s on looks boring and bland. and too close to the wheel arch if it gets maxed out it will rub

comparo of the 215 vs 225

                215 a lil stretch

                225 0 stretch..

I have Si's but you'd have to run a spacer upfront because the wheel doesn't clear the caliper.

                    Its true its true

And if you're low in front at all you need good shocks or you will rub like crazy

I loved the look but I had to ditch my Si's almost immediately

Sorry Tommi. I was meaning which wheel you had? Is it the TL wheel? If so, which year? And yes thanks also for the info on the tire size cause I would have been asking that also. You have done a awesome job with your car.

I picked up my '04-'06 TL wheels. All I need now is a set of tires to make them complete. Yeah! Stay tuned for pictures.
