From the factory steelies were 14". If they could have fit 13" steelies on there, I'm sure they would have to save some money. So, I'm voting they won't fit.

I would think it would depend on the rim itself. ONLY REASON. On Tercels, you HAVE to run 14" wheel to clear the Paseo brakes. A friend of mine had the Paseo brakes but is still able to run 13" Exims... I think he had to shave somthing just a g\bit though.... but he Exims came WAY close to clearing then the 14" steelies did.

Are you wanting to do this for an autocross application with a custom brake setup? Otherwise, a 13 inch wheel won't clear the stock brakes at all.There are no black and white suspension answers!!!!!!!!!!!Comment
