You need the rear crossmember in order to properly use the sway bar.

Don't forget to pick-up a 1991 CRX Si or 1990-1993 4 wheel disc brake non-abs Integra proportioning valve.

On the base of the firewall under the master cylinder, a little to the right of the steering shaft exit. You'll notice it has all the brake lines going to it.

That is very cool that you have 4wheel disc now. I remember that I hated having drums on my 90. Was thrilled when I bought my 93 and I finally had 4wheel disc brakes! ABS is cool to have as well.

Accords with rear disc have larger bored brake master cylinders, different brake boosters and proportional valve. I have heard you can use 90-93 integra w/rear disc proportional valves

BTW I know this cuz I both compared parts on www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and cuz I have two Accords at home

                          91 SE w/rear disc

                          90 EX w/ rear drum

You don't NEED it but it would be nice. The larger bore of the EX brake master cylinder builds torque faster which translates to less pedal travel. But to answer your question, No, you don't need it.
