Just do ROH, no need for 5 lug unless you want too. Prelude is only single piston. Legend and NSX are the only dual pots that can just simply bolt on.

Get Legend GS Calipers or NSX.
    Prelude VTEC rotors.
Prelude or 98-02 Accord V6 brackets.

I do not know what is needed for the 5 lug so I won't comment on that.

Not really, only the front setup would work and they are single piston in the front. I believe they have different calipers and rotors in the rear.

And those are also for the Non-VTEC models so they are the exact same size and setup as the Accord just ROH.

If you know a guy around your area with an NSX, for a small fee I can speed up the process of getting it into the junkyard

my brake setup is sufficient enough for what i use it for, dont need all that fancy brake ware. works well at the track and street. without braking bank

When I was first getting into the game, I wanted to make their extreme 4-piston set work:

                              http://ssbrakes.com/i-10092706-disc-...3in-rotor.html

Totally unnecessary to have 4 pistons and pay that much money, but I like the slotted rotors. I think I would need 17" rims to make those work.

Those look serious but are they ever lacking style.
