Would there be any issues with braking or pads considering there is a 2mm difference in rotor thickness?

I bought the ROH kit from TAS auto for my wagon. It came with 23t rotors. I purchased a pair 23t caliper brackets from Rock Auto from the prelude VTEC to use with the kit to replace the stock 25t bracket in the wagon.

Just buy the right brackets for the rotors.

(I haven't installed the kit yet)
