Need Help rear camber and toe off

Looking at the driver side rear tire from the rear of the car you can see that the camber and toe is off. I had a honda mech. look at it and he said it had something bent in it. So off to local pull a part and removed the hub assy. along with trailing arm and the (rear lower control arm, I think that is what it is called) Now my question is there are 2 arms that come from the center of the car and connect to the rear oh the hub/spindle the one in the rear came off no problem but I could not get the front one off. I did get the nut off and noticed it had a eccentric washer on the nut side but the bolt would not come off. Any help would be appreciated.

The bolt will probably punch out with a drift (any bar with an OD a bit smaller than the bolt).

The eccentric washer is the toe adjuster cam.
