will 4x100, 4x114 bolt pattern, +40 offset fit?

i am thinking of buying a 17" Yokohama Avid H4's 205/40/R17, 95% thread remaining Gunmetal spokes, 2 1/2" deep dish machined lip, 4x100, 4x114 bolt pattern, +40 offset for $1250 CAD.
do u guys think it will fit our accord? and is that a good price?

Depends on the width of the rim and whether or not you're lowered.

But a +40 offset should be ok, stock is something like +37.
