That set up is a fantastic set up. I wish I was aware of this set up when I got my Neu. shocks and race springs but I don't think it was out at the time so I had to buy it seperate. This setup is by far the best set up I have been on though. You will get your $600 worth out of it! As far as tires I can't help you. Just wanted to let you know that the Neu. set up you are eyeing is a great set up and you should have no-regrets buying it. In the future though, please be more specific in titleing your threads because I almost overlooked it.

Iono how stiff those springs are. If u plan on doing some racing, get some coilovers like GC's or Skunk2, because u can easily change out the springs and get stiffer or softer spring rates. Koni yellows are also very nice.
17" rims/tires are gonna slow u down unless u want the look. For street tires, Falken Azenis ownz, but they would be in size 225/45/17 which might be a little big. Kumho MX's are also compareable to the Azenis.
