    Suspension advice needed

I have a 93 CB9 with some 205-50-15 on there and the gap is fugly. I want to drop the car 1.5-2" but I don't want a stiff ride. I know a drop will be a bit stiffer anyway but what do you guys recommend? This is my DD but we use it to take trips and I have a 2 year old so I need something fairly comfortable. I can't stand any stiff ride or bouncy either. I've looked around at other threads but I can't seem to find anything definitive yet.

Dropping doesn't necessarily mean a stiffer ride. One thing you need to need to keep in mind is the fact that you have a wagon. That means that the rear will have different characteristics from our sedan/coupe counterparts.

I would suggest reading through the entire Lowering FAQ 101. It's a long read, but it will tell you pretty much everything you would want to know.

From there, I would look at the "WHAT Suspension set up are you running?" thread. It has a lot of advice on all types of lowering springs, struts, and coilovers. Plus, it's actuall talk, not just what people think it will be like.

I haven't seen the Lowerinig FAQ 101, thanks for the tip man. What suspension are you running with how much drop and how's the ride? Sorry to hear about your stuff getting busted into dude. I hate thiefs with a passion and I think people within reasonable distance of each other should create a lynch mob and beat these f*ckers down!

OK from what I read the Eibach Pro Kit, S/T Sportlines pro kit or Neuspeed Sports are for me. Then to compliment, am I right guessing the Koni Yellows keep it feeling fairly stock?

Thanks man, but no big deal

I am currently dropped 0" on OEM Struts with OEM Springs. hahaha.

Yeah, the Neuspeed sports are pretty smooth from what I've read. Just keep searching and you'll figure it out.

just be carefull on what you get cause the rear of the wagons are a lot heavier than the sedans/coupes. i have gotten h&r and neuspeed race just so i could slam my wagon in the front with neusped and not sag in the back by using h&r. a lil easier is to just get a good brand of coilovers on whatever preference u have of shocks
