WHAT suspension set-up are you running? And how would you rate it?
OK guys sorry if this set up has allready been posted but this is what im going with. Im more interested in Comfort and performance then a dropped or slammed look. Daily drivability is a definate concern and clearance issues with the way the roads are here in Texas.
For sure
AGX adjustiables, all around, Price???
springs im currently looking at
H&R Sports 1.75 F 1.5 Rear, the cheepest i have found is 149.00 at Optauto.com H&R is my first choice in comfort and drop.
Eibach Pro-kit, but cheepest i found is about $225
Tein High Tech 1.5 F 1.25 Rear for about $146?? $$anyone?
what do you think about these prices and which would be the most comfortable and yet best handling for daily driving, I plan and have done in the past a little bit of auto-x. Thanks for everyones help and please post your cheepest prices if you can find or have seen cheeper than what i posted.

I have given the race springs some time to settle in and just got some new tires and figured I would finally give an updated review.
~Current set up~
-Front and rear strut bars
-Front and rear S.T. sway bars
-Neuspeed Koni Yellows
-Neuspeed Race springs
-Yokohama AS430 tires
Comfort=8.8
Handling=8
Overall=8.4
This set up is very smooth and comfortable (surprisingly). Even my ex. gf who has been through all of my suspension set-ups says she finds the ride comfortable (and she is my worst critic!). Even in downtown Atlanta the ride was good. I was purposely going over bumps to test it out! By far the best set up I have driven! And i can still clear speed bumps! 2 finger gap all the way around. I only mention the tires because they made a big difference in an unexpected way as far as the smooth ride quality.
here's my setup
ground control coilovers 450f/500r lowerd 2"f/ 1.8"r
illuminas set at 3f/5r
camber kit on all corners
obx stabilizer bar front upper, rear upper, rear lower(no brand)
sustec front and rear sway bar
hyperflex bushing kit (all installed finally)
'98 prelude knuckle/spindle/hub/uppercontrol arm/brake,calipers
5lug setup front only. waiting for rears. NO P/S
17" rims rolling on proxes t1-s
I must say though that there is a little float over bumps(no rebound adjust) handles dips extremely well.
ok. I am getting zoom's maxspeed coils..what is the spring rate on htese? 650? Anyways, what are a good shock to pair with these? I plan on just tucking the front wheels..so 2.5 inches? I was thinking agx's..but, on what setting? koni yellows are too much. Also, what camber kit? razo? I hear ingalls is good, but I dunno..anyways, lemme know..

-Ground Control coilovers (set at the highest hight they can go which is about 1-1 1/2" lower then stock
-Tokico Blues
-16" rota circuit8's wraped in brigestone RE750's
I think the ride is too soft and bottoms out way too easy. However I think that's due to the fact that the springs are simple replacements for stock suspension. maybe a little stiffer. But I don't really know what a stock suspension feels like since I bought the car as is.
For everyday driving however it rides very nice and comfy but I gotta be careful around big bumps so I don't bottom out the suspension.
handleing is quite nice. the car rolls a little more then I like, but swaybars can fix that, I can take turns pretty quick. just today I took a offramp with a 25mph sign at about 40mph the car really held on in that turn better then I thought it would.
Originally posted by hybrid90accord get rid of the tokico blues and go with some AGX's ot tokico illuminas.
I want to ditch the blues like a bad cold, but I don't have the funds ATM.
I'd like to get some koni yellows or AGX shocks as soon as money allows. Maybe even try getting the full neuspeed race suspension.
We'll see when the time comes.
