Form and Function type IIs vs Tein Type SS

I have searched around and narrowed my options down to these, but I can't really decide. Anyone have opinions? I've heard good stuff about both but not actually comparing the two. So yeah if anyone has any opinions on either one throw them up here, please. Thanks in advanced.

heard F&F allows u to go lower than teins and is better in handling

You have to think practicality and also if your car is a DD. Whats more expensive and whats more practical...
