    H&R/Neuspeed

if i were to get lowering springs either H&R or Neuspeed....i would get my car lower then what i have now right? because i want my car slamed to the ground, i have tein s-tech springs...and are the H&R/neuspeed springs good? as in handeling? and is it a smooth ride? like teins?

if you want the car slammed to the ground you might as well get ground control coilovers and drop it the full 4 inches.

or sprint extreme which will drop 3 inches.

you cant have it slammed, ride well and handle well. there has to be a compromise. but to answer your question, the h&r and neuspeed will drop lower and provide better handling.

so i have a question about coilovers...so if the springs are compressed...dose it raise the car or lower it?

The more you compress the spring, the higher the car gets.

I would go with the neuspeed race paired with the koni yellow's.

If you are looking to have a smooth ride you might as well stick with your Tein's unless you are going to fork out the cash to get some quality full coilovers.. Later

the Neuspeed cup kit can allow for a very low ride.

i noticed that both the H&R and Neuspeed have race/sport spring available. The H&R RACE are a lower drop and are cheaper than the Neuspeeds RACE spring. Is H&R better ?

                              They don't list spring rates.
