GR-2's are not meant for lowering spring applications. If your looking for affordable shocks check into KYB AGX's. They are going to run you 3 bills or more, but they are def. worth it. Check the For Sale forums on several forums and you should run accross somebody selling shocks. Don't forget ebay as well

yea, gr2 are good to me and my gc's. no complaints, but yea check ebay under 90-97 accord and you can usually find some good struts for cheap. Used, but good. IMO go with gr2's

Yea they are great for use with OEM springs. Keep in mind if you use Gr-2's with lowering springs it will completely void the warranty. As OEM replacements I don't see them lasting too many years under the rigors of a lowering spring application. Spend a little extra dough and get the right stuff

Also I have my OEM rear shocks still left over from when I switched them out with the Neu. Koni set up if you are interested. Personally I say save and go with some good shocks but I understand if you are interested in the used ones. PM me if you are interested.

That's what I did...svaed up until I could afford the good stuff. I was originally going to go with GR-2s, but I've heard of many people having problems with them since they really are OEM replacement.

Do not get the blues, they are too soft. If you go tokico get the illuminas. Otherwise get some neuspeed koni yellows or KYB AGX. You'll be ALOT happier with that choice.
