Is it a decent deal? and also, is a 1.25" drop EXTREMELY subtle, almost not noticable to an untrained eye? thanks.

price is to bad.
1.25 is subtle.
.75 is barely noticeable like the HR OE.
Personally I would go for a set with adjustability.

it aint bad...it will definitely improve the handling compared to stock but it also wont make it a race car.

ok. so the price is decent.... so what about the drop... if i look at it, will i probably be able to tell its dropped a little? and also, i have a sick nasty wheel gap right now, like a fist and a half! so, will 1.25" drop actually get rid of some of that gap? or will it still be a fist worth of room there?
